Argon / Ar-18 · v1.0

Production agents.
Live in ten days.

We design, build and deploy frontier AI for teams that ship, not study. One four-person pod. Full stack. Inert to noise.

#01 / Pillars

One pod.
Four pillars.
Noble by design.

Argon doesn't react with anything. Neither do we — no agency-to-agency handoff, no offshore arm, no change-order theatre. The same four people from first call to deployment.

01

Velocity

Ten days is a design constraint.

The operating model is built for compressed timelines. No PM layer, no waterfall, no "phase two". A working system lands in week two, not quarter two.

02

Signal

Evals before opinions.

Every engagement starts with a benchmark built on your real inputs. If a change doesn't move the number, it doesn't merge. Every architecture decision is defensible.

03

Frontier

Only work that needs a model.

Agents, retrieval over messy data, evals, latency-critical inference. If a spreadsheet would do, we'll tell you — and pass.

04

Finish

Nothing ships unpolished.

The three-day prototype gets the same bar as the three-month build. Docs, runbooks and handover included. The pod doesn't ship anything it wouldn't show.

#02 / Builds

What we build.
Six lines of AI-era work.

Every engagement maps to one of six lines. Pick by what you're shipping. Each line is a focused capability, not a service menu, and runs through the same pod and the same ten-day clock.

01

Vertical agents

Domain-trained agents that run inside one industry's workflows. Finance ops, insurance, logistics, legal, real estate, manufacturing, recruiting.

Line · 018 verticals →
02

Workflow automation

Agents that own one function end to end. Support, onboarding, invoicing, procurement, compliance checks — replaced or augmented, not "assisted".

Line · 027 functions →
03

Private & on-prem AI

Open-weight deployments, air-gapped systems, secure document intelligence and enterprise RAG for regulated environments.

Line · 036 capabilities →
04

LLMOps & evals

Observability, eval harnesses, prompt and version management, orchestration, memory, private inference and guardrails.

Line · 049 capabilities →
05

AI in your stack

Models wired into the software you already pay for — CRMs, ERPs, ticketing, and the long tail of vertical tools.

Line · 056 platforms →
06

Internal ops copilots

Knowledge search, meeting intelligence, IT helpdesk, QA automation, procurement analysis and multimodal document handling.

Line · 0610 capabilities →
#03 / Engagement models

Three shapes.
Priced by the outcome,
not the hour.

Every engagement has a fixed shape and a fixed end date. We pick the model together on the scoping call, based on what you're shipping — not on what's easiest to invoice.

#01 / ModelFull product

Pod

The full pod, assembled for one product.

Four people — eng lead, backend, design/evals, domain. Same names from kickoff to deployment. No PM layer, no hand-off, no offshore arm.

SCOPEBUILDEVALSHIP

Fixed-scope build

Quoted, scoped, shipped. No change orders.

30-minute scoping call, written scope, target ship date. The price covers the pod for the duration. No hourly billing, no surprises on invoice day.

#03 / ModelEmbedded

Embedded engineers

Our engineers, inside your team.

One or two of ours join your org directly — your stand-ups, your Slack, your repo. Frontier capacity without restructuring.

#04 / Blueprints

Three blueprints.
Ten days each.

The shape of a typical build, day by day. Pick one as a starting point or bring your own — every blueprint flexes to your vertical.

BP-01 · RelayInbound · CRM

Relay — inbound triage that never sleeps.

An agent reads every inbound message, classifies intent, enriches the sender, drafts the reply and routes it to the right owner in your CRM — with a human approving anything that matters.

ReactPythonPostgresOpen-weight LLM
BP-02 · LedgerDocs · Finance

Ledger — any document in, clean data out.

Drop in invoices, statements, IDs or contracts. Each file is classified, the fields extracted and validated, and exceptions are queued for review.

PythonvLLMWorkers
BP-03 · FrontField ops

Front — events in, crews out.

Watches a live data feed, maps the affected zones, matches them to your customers and drafts the outreach and dispatch schedule for your team to confirm.

#05 / Manifesto
We don't pitch.
We don't workshop.
We don't react.
We ship.

—— NOBLE BY DESIGN. FIRST PRINCIPLES.

#06 / The pod

Four seats.
No PM layer.
No agency arm.

The pod that scopes you is the pod that ships you. Each engagement runs with the same four-seat unit from first call through deployment. Same handles on Slack. Same handles in the commit history.

#08 / FAQ

Straight answers.
No throat-clearing.

Ten days from kickoff to a production deployment is the target every build is designed around. First commit lands within 48 hours, scope locks by day 3, and you get the running calendar on day 0.

Work that genuinely needs a frontier model: agents, retrieval over messy data, document intelligence, evals, private inference. If a simpler tool solves it, we'll say so.

Four seats: an eng lead, a backend engineer, a design & evals engineer and a domain lead. The same four stay with you from first call to deployment.

Fixed monthly for a full pod, fixed fee for scope-locked builds, per-engineer monthly for embedded work. Never hourly.

A community memecoin on Robinhood Chain, launched through Pons with the dev supply burned.

Then the embedded model fits: one or two engineers join your team, your repo and your rituals, and leave the system better documented than they found it.

#09 / Engage

Start a
build.

30-minute scoping call. We come prepared. You leave with a written scope and a target ship date — or an honest "we're not the right pod".
